Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving business and sales objective/ targets through Alliance/Channels, Direct sales and Inside Sales.
- Team lead for customer acquisition through direct and indirect channels.
- Guide inside sales team in lead generation, cold calling, negotiation and close.

As part of our next leap of growth, we are currently searching for a Business Planning Analyst to support the Director of Business Operations, Strategy and Regulatory (part of the CEO Office) in Enterprise Business Planning, Strategy and Corporate Development.

We are looking for an Engineer/Senior Engineer who is passionate about security with at least 5 years of experience in network security.
This rewarding role will best suit someone with network experience, and the ability to work closely with our engineers to deliver large scale network security solutions.
Experience working with cyber security and in a CII(Critical Information Infrastructure) environment will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Network Security
- Protect Telco cloud infrastructure and corporate IT network systems. Be responsible for the implementation and management of security-related applications and systems as system owner.
- Lead to architect, implement, manage and continuously improve security-related systems including but not limited to NGFW, IPS, WAF, Anti-DDoS, AD(Active Directory), TACACS+, PAM, MFA, EDR, EPP/SP, SIEM, ZTNA, and SASE.
- Develop Standard Operational Procedures(SOP), Manual of Procedures(MOP), and operational documentation for service delivery and change requests.
- Lead Proof of Concepts (POC) for emerging security technologies and managed security services (MSS).
- Support the team as Layer 3 technical support for security-related systems issues, SOC alerts, etc.

Customer Cybersecurity Support

Incident Response Management
- Support the company’s response to cybersecurity incidents and threats.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans, SOC alert playbooks, cyber incident playbooks and conduct annual cyber table-top exercises and/or simulations.
- Provide incident investigation support to SOC and technical operations teams.
- Monitoring and managing all security breaches and handling security incidents, taking remedial action to prevent recurrence wherever possible.

- Manage the network through Network Management Systems and Controllers

The purpose of the role is to deliver SPTel services to its customers, with responsibility for the successful delivery of SPTel services within Ready for Service (RFS)date. About Role
The candidate will be assigned duties and responsibilities within SPTel Integrated Operations Centre (IOC). He or she is responsible to perform surveillance of its network health and services and conduct technical troubleshooting, including taking the necessary actions to mitigate network issues and neutralize security incidents. The candidate is required to support all incoming technical calls and handle customer trouble ticket creations, incident status update and ensure proper case closure.

- Perform 24×7 operations and surveillance support in the IOC environment.
