- Hunt for new business within the Carrier space
- Handle account management matters and be the point of contact for customers
- Build strategic account relationships (at all levels from Engineer to CEO) and develop new client relationships to achieve sales volume and profit goals

- Capture qualified opportunities in Salesforce.com and nurture the opportunity from lead to close

Requirements

- At least 2 years working experience in IT/Telecommunications sales
- Familiar with telecom services like Dark Fiber, Lease lines, Ethernet, MPLS, Colocation, Cloud, SDN, NFV, etc
- Strong command of English and able to engage stakeholders

About Role:
This role has the core responsibility to sell SP Tel solutions to the market. The successful candidate is a self-motivated technologist with a keen mind and breadth of knowledge across telco networks, cybersecurity and advanced technologies. He/she is expected to be a good communicator, capable of supporting the Sales Team in presenting innovative and customized solutions that meets the needs of the new enterprise clients’ requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality pre-sales technical consultation and develop cost effective, resilient, innovative and reliable ICT solutions to win proposals and bids/tenders and achieve high customer satisfaction for the services rendered.
- Understand customers” networking and communications requirements and provide high quality network design for customers” WAN networks.
- Perform role of overall solution consultant integrating network solutions and managed ICT services; ensuring ICT solutions proposed by partners meet customer requirements.
- Conduct presentations on proposed solutions and new technologies to customers.
- Prepare win/loss analysis for proposals/bids/tenders submitted to facilitate continuous improvement of networks designed.
- Ensure quality documentation and updates for customers” network configurations and processes.
- Provide support to project managers and partners in WAN network project implementations and support operations and service managers in post sales queries when required
- Responsible for providing technical and solutioning support to the Sales team in capturing customers’ requirements, preparing and presenting proposals.
- Work with cross functional teams to coordinate sales, post-sales and support resources to drive successful closure and implementation for customers
- Gather in depth hardware, applications and networks requirement to architect and design a suitable highly available, secure and scalable solutions to meet client requirement.
- Working with the Account Manager to accurately define client solutions and to help drive bids and sales
- Walk through and present to clients the various technologies and services proposed and explain technical details and value proposition of the proposed solution.
- Influence and gain approval of the proposed solution from client.
- Act as a trusted advisor for nominated client accounts.
- Develop deep technical knowledge of the products
- Coordinate internal/external resources to effectively pursue opportunities.
- Disseminate feedback to business units gained from client experiences and issues to facilitate product improvement or enhancements
- Participate in project handover, acting as the subject matter expert, brief project team on solutions construct, point of contact for any discrepancy is design gaps and escalation to Vendors for support.

As part of our next leap of growth, we are currently searching for a Business Planning Analyst to support the Director of Business Operations, Strategy and Regulatory (part of the CEO Office) in Enterprise Business Planning, Strategy and Corporate Development.
The nature of this role gives candidates an enterprise level view of the business at large, exposure to senior management and opportunity to understand the end-to-end business value chain through cross-functional interactions.
To be successful in the role, the candidate must be comfortable working with numbers and familiar with Microsoft Excel. The role would also require good business writing skills and have displayed leadership potential in either professional, school or personal settings.

SPTel is seeking a talented and competent Senior Executive to oversee and organize events that will make an impact to the target audience. Your role will include:
Responsibilities
- Own and lead event marketing – A dynamic strategy that involves promoting products, services, or brands through carefully planned and executed events. It goes beyond traditional marketing methods by creating immersive experiences, content that engage and captivate audiences.
- Plan, propose, project manage and deliver events/tradeshows/workshops that can help SPTel reach out to and engage with our target audiences.
- Own, lead, plan, project manage, operate and execute to deliver a successful outcome with good customer experience and survey result ( NPS score and Brand survey) for all internal and external customer onsite and online events, webinar, conferences, seminar, tradeshow and Demonstrations in Singapore and regional.
- Lead, curate and produce speech, content and customers engagement activities, presentations, demonstrations together with external vendors and partners, customers and key stakeholders from cross functional teams in SPTel, ST Engineering and Singapore Power Groups.
- Lead and own the customer experience for SPTel’s Innovation Hub/lab and InnoSuite and, customer networking, nurturing and retention events and Giftings.
- Responsible for sourcing for and negotiating with vendors and suppliers \
- Support for promotional activities for the event
- Preparing and managing project budgets
- Prepare post activity reports and analyze success/failure for future improvements
- Follow up on leads generated from events to achieve marketing ROMI targets
- Responsible in ensuring excellent customer experience at all events. e.g. survey, brand, CE and NPS scores.

Role Requitements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant field of study
