As part of our next leap of growth, we are currently searching for a Business Planning Analyst to support the Director of Business Operations, Strategy and Regulatory (part of the CEO Office) in Enterprise Business Planning, Strategy and Corporate Development. 

The nature of this role gives candidates an enterprise level view of the business at large, exposure to senior management and opportunity to understand the end-to-end business value chain through cross-functional interactions. 

To be successful in the role, the candidate must be comfortable working with numbers and familiar with Microsoft Excel. The role would also require good business writing skills and have displayed leadership potential in either professional, school or personal settings. 

As the working environment is like a start-up, the candidate needs to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and lean environment. 

While some experience in the Telco / ICT industry is preferred, this role is open to aspiring fresh graduates with good degrees (1st class / 2nd upper class/ Dean’s List), who are looking for a good exposure to the ICT industry with a chance to rotate amongst the different functions, while having the drive and willingness to be coached / taught the ropes of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with project roll out, review existing setup and in conjunction with the project team, project manager, project engineers, customer solutions specialist.
  • Provide a migration plan, execute the scheduled migration plans, which consist of multiple sites, multiple data centers, over the period of migration phase
  • Review current project progress and work together with customer solutions specialists to propose the next phase of digital transformation.
  • Partner with network operation center team to perform service management on the assigned project, which includes:
    • Collate all monthly reports, perform service analysis, highlight precedence month service incidents, update on incidents tracking.
    • Plan and scheduled project activities, plan for improvement if any, ongoing service review and improvement.
    • Quarterly review on service performance, highlight on bottlenecks, security compliance review, propose any recommendation on performance enhancements if any.
  • Will serve as the main point of contact, if any further clarification is needed, the Network Operations Center team will raise a ticket.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Role Requitements
  • Degree in Engineering or relevant disciplinary with experience in the telecommunications industry
  • At least 2 years’ working experience in IT/Telecommunications sales
  • Experience with Fortinet SDWan, SDLan – Switches and Cloud virtual firewall
  • Experience with MPLS circuits, SDWan, network routing, HA resiliency.
  • Familiar with enterprise security compliance and practice.
  • Understand firewall security and how it works in conjunction with SDWan overlay.
  • Understand enterprise network setup, wired security, wireless security, directory services, root CA.
  • This position shall be stationed at customer’s premises during project roll out.
  • Preferred to have experience on
    • Ruckus Wireless AP, virtual SmartZone
    • ZTNA

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to grow Managed Service business that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Your primary responsibility is to qualify, nurture, progress and land Managed Services opportunities/deals. You will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of Managed Services adoption across these customers encompassing Managed WAN, Managed LAN, Managed Security and Managed Cloud landscape. Additionally, you will be responsible to orchestrate to ensure best fit ICT solutions are positioned to our customers with an intention for them to accelerate adoption, in return achieving business value.

 

Responsibilities
  • Pursue ICT opportunities and lead in the selling engagement, being able to address the commercial, architectural and operational benefits of the Managed Services solution.
  • Understand customer’s businesses and identify influencers and decision makers within a customer organization and develops client-oriented engagement strategies
  • Focus on identifying customer’s business challenges and developing strong value propositions to help customers meet their business objectives.
  • Prepare and conduct high impact sales presentations and engaging effectively across all levels of the customer’s organization.
  • Responsible for cold calling, prospecting, qualification of potential customers. Participate and drive RFPs and Bids.
  • Responsible for the achievement of targets and objectives across nominated client(s).
  • Develop pipeline and opportunities at the executive levels – working alongside the existing account management community.
  • Work closely with product, presales and partners to develop a resilient, supportable and cost-effective ICT solutions in order to win proposals or bids/tenders.
  • Take ownership of Sales Cycle, from pre-sales, POC, proposal, pricing, presentation and closure
  • Work closely with Product to drive MS business by identifying new areas of growth and identifying partnerships opportunities with principal partners and hands and legs partners.

Requirements
  • Possess Degree or higher (technology related preferred).
  • Proven sales track record. Experience in technology sales with at least 4 years’ experience in Managed Services / ICT sales
  • Possess high level understanding of ICT and Managed Services products and services.
  • High level technical understanding with an ability to translate benefits to business outcomes/impact.
  • Consultative and value-based selling skills.

    We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with deep knowledge /expertise in enterprise managed network services. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new growth engines through introduction of new services that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

    • Strategies and develop new growth engines in Managed Network Services (for example, router, Wifi etc)
