Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with deep knowledge /expertise in enterprise mobility (M2M), internet-of-things (IoT) and edge cloud products and solutions. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Building strategic partnership and new business opportunities for mobility, IOT and Edge Cloud solutions with deep understanding of M2M mobility, IoT Platform as Service, and Infrastructure as a Service (e.g. Compute and Storage aaS), partners involved and technologies within
- Actively engage with Customers, Presales, Partners, Engineering, Marketing & Delivery team in order to successfully prioritize features and solutions that customer need.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Develop and own the product business cases and deliverables
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Manage product centric enabling systems e.g. product catalogue, CPQ module
- Form and maintain IoT solutions partnerships to ensure market competitiveness
- Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
- Provide pricing support and analysis to win sales opportunities.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
- 2-5 years relevant work experience in Product Management, Mobility, and/or Cloud Solutioning
- Proven work experience in product management & development in M2M mobility, IoT solutions covering IoT platform and various wireless solutions (Wireless, LoRa, etc), as well as Cloud solution, including Infrastructure as a Service.
- Candidates with strong background and understanding of Mobility and IoT Services is a must, couple with a strong interest in Cloud Services (IaaS, VM/Openstack).
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Experience and understanding of managed services, network, IoT devices will be an added advantage
- Strong customer focus, ownership, urgency and drive
- Strong interest in emerging disruptive technologies, like digitalization, industry 4.0 and automation

We are looking for an experienced Product Director/Assistant Director with deep knowledge and expertise in enterprise managed services from a service provider background -. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new growth engines through introduction of new services that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead, strategies and develop new growth engines in Managed Services.
- Mentor and develop a strong performance product management team.
- Identify, design and build best of breed solution platforms, ecosystem solution and vertical solutions and market segmentation for Managed Services portfolio.
- Istablish and cultivate partnerships with key partners in Managed Services to deliver differentiated managed services with unique value propositions.
- Lead in product life cycle management.
- Lead and develop product GTM strategies, Roadmaps and determine market segmenting, targeting and positioning.
- Establish and enhance product processes in Managed Services’ Group of products and services to ensure the smooth delivery of these services.
- Monitor product quality against target levels and trigger corrective actions where necessary.
- Responsible for product profitability, service quality and customer experience.
- Optimize cost structure, product profitability and customer value.
- Develop Business Case and Market Analysis for the products and services.
- Develop, execute and monitor product processes are followed through by each stakeholder
- Product sales, pre-sales, engineering, operations, payment and billing enablement, training and certification.
- Work with Marketing to run effective horizontal marketing programs and events to create market awareness and generate sales leads.
- Monitor product quality against target levels and trigger corrective actions where necessary.
- Achieve key value drivers, operating revenue & expenses as well as product profitability targets.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred with at least 10 years’ experience
- Proven track record of successfully developing and growing a portfolio of Managed Network, Security, Mobility, IoT and Edge Cloud Services.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
- Demonstrated initiative and creativity/out of the box product development.
- Self-starter. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good business acumen and leadership skills.
