SPTel wins SBR’s Technology Excellence Award for its Business Class Digital Network

The solution bagged the Connectivity Award for Telecommunications at the recent Singapore Business Review’s (SBR) Technology Excellence Awards (TEA).

As part of delivering business grade services to customers, SPTel’s customer portal improves business agility as business requests can be instantly processed once they are picked on the portal. Automated order provisioning is also available, and deployment can also be conducted in minutes, including having real-time status updates.
