Mind Your Business: SPTel enables smart farming in Singapore with IoT platform to enhance food security

The Singapore Food Agency under the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment envisions Singapore to produce 30 percent of its nutritional needs by 2030. The proposed “30 by 30” masterplan requires the development of urban farming or smart farms to diversify food sources and reduce reliance on imported goods.
