2020 was a challenging year for Singapore and the world due to the COVID 19 pandemic which saw us going through a circuit breaker, safe distancing, and segregated workforce. The key learning from this experience was the importance of digitalisation in business continuity and sustainability.

Despite the obstacles, we saw Singapore businesses fight back by leveraging technology to change the way they do business and embarking on virtual customer experiences and collaboration to weather through the pandemic. These stories are important reminders of our ingenuity during adversity.
