SME promotions are exclusively for SME businesses only. The following criteria must be fulfilled in order to qualify:
- Business must be registered and operating in Singapore
- Minimum of 30% local shareholding
- An annual turnover of less than $100 million OR not more than 200 employees
Any of the following documents must be submitted upon confirmation of your order:
- Comprehensive Business Profile issued by ACRA dated not more than three (3) months prior to the date of submission of the order
- A valid ASME membership documentation
- Latest audited financial statement
- Latest three (3) months’ CPF statements which indicate your organisation’s headcount
- Small business licence e.g. Hawker licence etc.
Frequently Asked Questions
To claim, customer must submit the Rewards Redemption Form by 6 February 2026. Otherwise, the rewards will be forfeited.
The voucher is in the form of a digital gift card. After receiving your Rewards Redemption Form, we will email you with instructions on how to utilise your gift voucher within 30 days of successful service activation (by 31 March 2026). Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash.
Simply choose any merchants listed on http://www.mooments.com/sg/giftcards (eg. digital gadgets, smart appliances and more) to exchange your vouchers for the corresponding gift card.
The winners will be published on SPTel’s website and social media channels within 5 business days from the end of the promotion (i.e. between 9 – 13 February 2026).
The lion dance visits will be held on 2 and 3 March 2026. Eligible Customers must be available on either one of the dates and agree to grant SPTel and the lion dance troupe access to their office premise to redeem this reward. Eligible Customers will be required to obtain approval from their building management to allow SPTel and the lion dance troupe to enter their office building. Otherwise, SPTel reserves the right to select another winner for this contest.

All offers are valid till 6 Feb 2026 for business-registered customers who sign up for selected plans with a minimum of 24/36 months contract unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of GST. Business Broadband: Selected Request Date for Service Activation ≥ 15 business days from the date of order submission. Prices are not valid for non-building address points or sites without valid unit number and postal code. Availability and lead time of service will be subjected to resource availability at selected address. SPTel reserves the right to make a suitable substitute to the stated premium without prior notice. In the event of early termination, we reserve the right to impose a penalty of equivalent value to the premium. Bandwidth on Demand: Minimum contract term of 1hr applies for activation. Bandwidth scaling to 1Gbps is only valid for any ‘On the spot’ Bandwidth on Demand activation for up to 23 hours via the SPTel customer portal.
Business Mobile Broadband: A minimum of 12 months contract applies. One-time Charge (OTC) of $54.50 applies. Business Mobile Broadband Services are meant for light usage including but not limited to email, web surfing and point-of-sales transaction for their day-to-day business needs and uses a shared connection over available 5G mobile networks. If the data limit of the subscribed plan is reached, it will be suspended until the next bill cycle. We shall provide the management of the hardware and SIM card remotely as part of the Service. You shall be responsible for the rented hardware in your possession. Replacement for hardware damage and/or loss is chargeable at $327 per hardware. First time delivery is included in the subscription. Subsequent delivery is charged at $43.60 per trip.
