  • Ms Susan Loh

    Vice President, Marketing, Strategic Business Development and Customer Experience, SPTel

    Susan is a consummate and passionate leader with more than 20 years of Telecommunications experience in sales, product and business development. Her career has spanned many exciting domains such as cloud computing, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), cyber security and IOT. She has taken on leadership roles to champion Information Communications Technology (ICT). She has spearheaded the launch of Singapore’s first IoT Platform as a Service (IoTaaS).


  • Mr Lee Hao Ming

    Managing Director, Huggs Coffee

    Haoming is the managing director and partner of Huggs Coffee – one of Singapore’s largest homegrown specialty coffee brand with over 20 outlets and its very own coffee roastery and bakery. He is responsible for managing the business growth and building the brand culture that focuses on Flavour, People and Doing Good. Prior to joining Huggs, he was one of the co-founders for the wildly popular Artbox Singapore and did many lifestyle events, both locally and regionally, such as bringing Taiwan’s Shilin Night Market to Singapore. Haoming is a proud recipient of Prestige 40 Under 40 in 2017 as a result of the success of Artbox. Due to his experience in event management, he is also currently the strategic advisor for Event Midas which specialises in Esports events. Haoming has a keen passion in supporting youth development which drove him to pledge as a mentor for youths with the Mentoring Alliance of Singapore and a partner of a tuition centre as his mandate is to create a positive impact for the younger generation in what little ways he can!


  • Mr Jonathan Lim

    Transformation Program Office, Singapore Pools

    Mr Jonathan Lim is the Head of Transformation Program Office (TPO), Business Technology Division, of Singapore Pools (Private) Limited.

    He joined Singapore Pools in March 2020 and has since been instrumental in its transformation journey. He has successfully rolled out enterprise systems like SAP Cloud, e-payments, the Unified Betting Terminal (UBT) System and the Digital Branch (In-Premise App) in the last 2 years.

    Jonathan has also been instrumental in revamping various frameworks and processes to bring out greater efficiency to capability build towards Singapore Pools’ vision on digitalization. He has unified the Capabilities, Governance and Delivery frameworks to drive investments of capability build. His focus on developing talents has also enabled renewed focus in the space of digitalization, innovation, and resource augmentation to grow our bench strength. Examples are Process Digitalization – an entire framework to identify, automate and digitize processes and documents to create a digital workforce/Operations Backbone; Innovation Challenge – a hackathon-like approach to creating an innovation culture; and Resource Augmentation to extend our limited resources to manage our capability builds.

    Jonathan Lim graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Master in Engineering.
