One-time Charge (OTC) of $802.50 applies unless otherwise stated. Subscribe to 24/36 months term to get an OTC waiver. Free Vulnerability Assessment (VA): Applicable for selected Internet plans only. The free VA scan is to assess customer’s hosts connected beyond our internet router, up to 2 public IP addresses that must be reachable via the internet. The free VA scan is applicable for 500Mbps Protected Internet services or above new sign-ups with a minimum 24-month contract. WiFi 6 Router: Only Applicable for Protected Internet Lite Plans. Auto-backup Port*: Applicable for selected Internet plans only. Only valid at locations connected by SPTel Fibre. Free soft change requests: Valid in the 1st 6 months and applicable only to Protected Internet Lite sign ups and limited to the following simple change request types (i) adding (up to 10) or removing (no limit) firewall policies/rules, (ii) modifying UTM profile details, (iii) adding or removing ThreatProtect portal user access.
