About Role

Employee engagement starts right from the point that they come in for an interview, signing the letter of offer, onboarding and tenure with SPTel, till the point of departure should this happens. Employee Engagement is to align them to company’s vision, mission, core values and key business objectives and at the same time seeks to ensure that employee feels at home and happy working in SPTel

Responsibilities

Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding

  • Engage every new hire coming onboard with welcome pack prior to commencing work and making arrangement for a pleasant first day of work.
  • Conducting Day-1 induction for new hires
  • Ensuring new hires’ completion of RICE+ core values courseware
  • Conducting full day monthly orientation for new hires
  • Perform monthly updates of the company organization chart for the monthly orientation

Employees Engagement & Welfare

  • Plan and execute monthly company-wide staff welfare program such as celebrating small wins, and creation of EDMs for key corporate messages, festive greetings, etc.
  • Coordinating office decorations to create and maintain an office environment that promotes family warmth, core values, innovation, and happiness. This would include leading informal taskforces to decorate the office from time to time for festive and/or celebratory purposes bring up the mood of the office.
  • Administering company-wide employee recognition programs such as Core Value Awards, Staff Referral Schemes, and “STAR of SPTel” program.
  • Coordinate and organize teambuilding and CSR activities such as organizing festive auctions and company-wide CSR initiatives that improves staff engagement and overall morale of the office.
  • Working with various stakeholders to ensure strong staff engagement culture.
  • Assist with the coordination and logistics required for Quarterly Townhalls, Management Kick-Offs and Leaders Forums.
  • Perform weekly write-ups of employee engagement content and submission of weekly new hires memo to marketing for Company’s newsletter.
  • Liaising with employees to supply timely updates to ST Engineering on COVID related matters (i.e: Tracking of COVID symptoms, swab test results, employee travelling, etc)
  • Attending to employees’ ad-hoc enquiries about employee welfare, events, and HR policies.
  • Tracking progress of training programmes basing on the Training Plans submitted and approved for funding, liaising with respective HoDs on the plans.

Offboarding

  • Facilitate the departure of resignees which will include setting up sessions for exit feedback, following through the exit clearance on employee’s last day of work to ensure employees do not leave with a bad impression of the Company’s exit management. This includes notifying Heads of Departments and PICs to follow up with the necessary clearance required by respective departments and functions.

Other Administrative Support

  • Act as backup for Office Manager and attending to Office related matters such as visitors management, onsite support, etc.
  • Backup Office Manager on the maintenance of the office facilities.
  • Coordinate meetings, board and pre-board meetings
  • Providing support to VIP visits and meetings
  • General administrative duties
  • Spearhead teams to create and maintain company values

CLT Admin support

  • The incumbent will be required to provide admin and documentation support for CLT claim till the completion of all disbursements are approved by IMDA.

  • Good time management and ability to multi-task
  • Resourceful and details oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous and comfortable working with numbers and proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Fresh Diploma or Degree holders are welcomed to apply
  • 1-year direct contract
