Susan is a consummate and passionate leader with more than 20 years of sales management, product management and business development experience. Her career has spanned exciting domains in telecommunications, cloud computing and SaaS cyber security , IOT and ICT solutions. Susan is effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, and she has been a speaker and moderator at industry events and seminars.

Choon Chai is a veteran in the Telecommunication and Technology industry with over 20 years of experience in telecommunications, product development and management, business strategy, end to end customer experience, business process management and IT digitalisation.

He has an extensive portfolio experience across various technology domains such as Software Defined Network (SDN)/Virtualisation, Cloud Solutions(XaaS/CDN), Data Centre and Data Networking.

Marc Wee is Country Manager for Singapore at Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, since 2016. In this role, Marc is responsible for defining and achieving the strategic goals and performance targets of networking and security business in Singapore.

Marc comes with over 20 years of experience in Management and Sales in the Telecom and IT industries. Prior to joining Aruba, Marc served as the General Manager at Nexwave Telecoms Pte Ltd, where he managed the Voice, Hosted/Cloud Services, & Distribution for Network Infrastructure portfolio, on top of day-to-day operations and the firm’s financial performance. During his stint at ETN Singapore Pte Ltd as Director for Business Development, Marc is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Singapore and Hong Kong offices and also handled account management, negotiations, and established new interconnections via TDM and IP connectivity.

Marc has also held positions at Keppel T&T Company, SingTel, and Samsung. He graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor’s Degree and attained his Master’s Degree from the University of Pennsylvania, both in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.

An innovative and dynamic leader, Stephanie has over 25 years of working experience in Technology sector at IBM, HP, Microsoft and ST Engineering servicing clients from airlines and airports, banking and financial services institutions, to manufacturing and consumer packaged goods industry, and public sectors accumulated many years industry knowledge in the business and IT transformation journey. She has been business advisor in providing business and technology consultancy to companies and startups in striving for the digital transformation, innovation, industrial internet, connectivity, and sustainability. She also serves as a member of the Media Literacy Council under the Ministry of Communications and Information, Singapore to develop public awareness and education on cyber wellness, and advise trends and development pertaining to the Internet and media.

Mathew Leads the Customer Solution Team for Transportation, Energy and Government & Cities Sector customers in Nokia within the Asia Pacific (APAC) region including India and Greater China.

In the role, he and the team are responsible for leading end-to-end technical relationship with industry stakeholders and key Nokia customers.

 Passionate on the transformational impact of technology in our connected world, Mathew engages enterprises in enabling them to capture the value of the connected world and to operationalize the infrastructure for this new digital era.

 Mathew brings over 20 years of experience in leading end-to-end solution and commercial teams in the APAC market across Mission Critical Networks, Large Scale Service Providers on both Mobile and Fixed solutions, National and Rural Broadband initiatives.

 Mathew has a Bachelors of Engineering (Electronics and Communications) from University Technology Malaysia. A Malaysian at heart, he is currently based in Singapore. Prior to Nokia, he held roles with Alcatel-Lucent, Maxis Communication and Panasonic Systems.

(Eric) Neo Say Wei has over two decades of experience across Capital Markets, Private Equity, Entrepreneurship and Volunteerism. He is currently the founder and Chairman of Neo & Partners Global, a finance & technology group serving the Capital Markets sector with its Trading-Atrium.

The Trading-Atrium recently won the Best Infrastructure Provider at the coveted WatersTechnology Asia Awards 2020 alongside one other Singapore-based luminary as DBS Bank and the Best Electronic Trading Business Ecosystem at the coveted APAC Insider 2020 South East Asia Business Awards longside past Singapore-based luminaries as ARA Asset Management, PSB Academy, SHATEC, Y3 Technologies from other award categories.

 Amongst other accolades, Neo & Partners Global was a recipient of the Total Defence Award 2017 and is awarded the national-level NS Mark (Gold) accreditation for the second time running this 2020. Eric also serves as co-founder and Group Chief Executive of RF International Holdings, an international financial group that includes RF Fund Management, a Monetary Authority of Singapore Registered Fund Management Company where he is a Non-Executive Director. Prior to entrepreneurship, Eric was part of senior leadership in various MNCs including FlexTrade Systems, RTS Realtime Systems, CMC Markets, UOB Kay Hian and BT Global Financial Services.

 Aside from his professional pursuits, he volunteers actively in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) as a Reservist on Voluntary Extended Reserve since 2011. He serves as a MAJ (NS) and Head of Operations and Training in an Infantry Regiment.

 Academically, Eric studied Management Information Systems from the Carson College of Business at Washington State University (WSU) and recently graduated from the distinguished SAF Goh Keng Swee Command and Staff College. Eric is an alumni of the Anglo-Chinese School, SAFTI Military Institute and WSU.
